Wow!! Everything about the procedure this time around has gone so much better!!! All of the prayers said and Matt's ability to share where things went wrong last time with the surgeon have made for an amazing turn around this time. Just the fact that she was able to be on the phone with me only hours after having the surgery is amazing!! She sounded good too!! :-)
Her blood pressure was a little low so they were going to give her something for that, and she does have pain from the tube in her back but it is night and day from when they did this to her left lung. Please keep your prayers for a speedy recovery going so that Dorene can be home soon.
Thank You Everyone!! I'll post more as I have more to share... isn't it crazy... there we were in a scary place and my feeling there wasn't going to be hope to post anymore and now we have new hope for better tomorrows for Dorene. Thanks be to God.
And... I must say how amazing Dorene is... her indomitable, fighting spirit is a reckoning of its own. She is my Hero!!
